Celebrate! Catering is a full-service catering and event planning company. We provide our clients custom-designed, superior cuisine and top-notch service. Whether the occasion is a black tie wedding, business casual or a barbecue picnic, our staff will design the event you want and deserve.

Q: What can I expect when I place an order from Celebrate! Catering?A: We will guarantee that your order be delivered on time, every time. All orders will be checked and double checked before they leave our kitchen. Our staff are courteous, friendly and helpful!Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order? A: The farther in advance you place your order the more likely we will be able to accommodate your request. We are on a first come first serve basis, we recommend a few months in advance for larger events, but we have been able to accommodate smaller events as soon as a day in advance. Q: How do I place an order?A: Orders can be placed over the phone or via email, we will send you a proposal, to confirm your order we require a signed contract and deposit. Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?A: Yes, we do have a minimum dollar requirement of $100. Q: How do I pay for my order?A: We offer a few payment options for our clients, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), cash, and we accept corporate checks, or personal checks that are paid in advance. Q: How do I secure your catering services for my wedding date?A: We are limited in the number of events we can do per day therefore we require an agreed upon contract, signed by both parties, and a deposit to secure your date.Q: How much is the deposit?A: We require a 25% deposit down, 50% a month prior, and the remaining balance to be paid in full- 3 days prior to your event date.Q: When do you need a final headcount? A: We ask to have an approximate head count 7 days prior to your event date, and a final count 3 days prior to your event.Q: Do you deliver?A: Yes! We do, and we can accommodate your budget, if you would like a full set up with servers, a drop off, or pick up at our location, we do it all! Q: Can you plan my corporate events, BBQ, picnic, Holiday party?A: Yes, we are a full-service caterer and we can help you create a menu and determine all the details of your event: how many tables, how many chairs are needed, where food will be served, traffic flow, linens for buffet tables, dishes, glassware, etc. Call us for details regarding specific situations.Q: We have an idea as to what we would like to serve at our wedding/event. Do we need to select one of your menus listed or can we make substitutions/ additions to a menu?A: Our menus are suggestions. We would enjoy meeting with you and creating the ideal menu for your event, using ideas from all types of sources- family recipes, bridal magazines, etc, bring us your ideas and we will make it happen! Q: Do you provide tastings?A: Yes we provide tastings for free! We ask that you have a menu and date decided upon and booked before scheduling a tasting.Q: Do you provide linens, dishes, flatware, etc.?A: If you use our venue we will provide the tables, chairs, dishes and glassware at no cost (but if you would like a different style you are more than welcome to rent from an outside company). We can provide or coordinate rentals of all types, including tables, chairs, linens, dishes, etc, please ask about the specifics. Q: Do you have event space for rent?A: Yes, we have a whole facility available, which includes two banquet rooms and a bar/lounge area. We can rent them separately or all together based on the group size. The small room accommodates up to 40 the large room can hold up to 250 depending on the seating style. We do not allow outside food or beverage at our location, but we do have full catering services if you like.

Our Venue Space

Our venue location consists of three spaces:JMG Conference CenterFoundation RoomThe BarOur conference center can host up to 250 for a seminar theater seating style, or 200 for a seated dinner. Including a dance floor and stage the JMG is great for any event!The Foundation Room and Bar can either be open to create a larger area for an event or split into 2 different spaces. The Foundation Room is perfect for classes or small meeting with space for 40-50 people depending upon seating. Our bar is hosted and served by OLCC training certified bartenders and can serve all of your needs.Our Venue is conveniently located right off of I-5 and is perfect for any budget-friendly event! Our own venue space is located in the Kruse Way Business Center conveniently just off of I-5 and is perfect for the cost conscious wedding, school or church auction, educational seminar or company celebration! The facility also includes a full bar area for your more festive events.
